Corporate-to-Corporate

• 仅限遵守国内相关法律法规下的商业服务与合作 – Commercial service and cooperation conducted under the compliance with relevant domestic laws and regulations only;
• 国内培训、咨询与人力资源相关业务的独立项目与子项目均可承接 – Domestic training, consultation and HR standalone project or subproject is accepted;
• 合作方所在地在中国大陆范围内须签订正式业务合作协议或框架性协议；合作方所在地在中国大陆以外须在协议签订基础上预先支付30%至40%的定金 – Contract or framework agreement needs to be signed for clients based in Mainland China; International clients shall make an advance payment of 30% to 40% of the total contract amount as a start-up of execution of the agreement.

Private-to-Private

• 软件作品著作权、文字作品著作权、国内图书出版以及其它知识产权类相关个人业务办理 – Processing of computer software copyrights, literary copyrights, book publishing, and other intellectual property-related individual services;
• 可受理全国主要城市、区县及乡镇代办业务及不适用于公对公合作模式的私对私微咨询项目 – Quick consulting engagement that is not applicable to the public-to-public cooperation model in major cities, districts, counties and towns nationwide is accepted.

合伙人制或其它商业合作模式

Partnership system or other business cooperation models

• 国内大型或中长期项目可按照合伙人、联合体形式或其它商业模式合作 – Large-scale domestic or long-term projects conducted through cooperator participation, consortium model, or other flexible cooperative mechanisms is supported.
